Medicines Optimisation Activity Report

• View picks All practices, one PCN or one practice. Month and Period choose what the cards and charts show. A • beside a month means it has data.
• Edit figures (under the tiles): type a number and press Enter or Tab. Enter moves down a practice. You can also paste a block of cells from Excel.
• In the Practices and PCNs section, click Edit figures on a practice (or PCN) to jump straight to its figures.
• Copy from last month fills blank practices with last month's figures. + Start next month creates blank rows for a new month.
• The amber banner lists practices with no figures yet. Click a name to jump to it.
• Lock this month once it is signed off so it cannot be changed by accident.
• Print / save PDF… lets you tick which practices (or a whole PCN) to print. Each ticked practice gets its own report containing only its own figures, so you can send it to that practice. Choose "Save as PDF" in each print window.
• Clear practice data lets you tick which practices to clear figures for. Practices, PCNs, list sizes and targets are kept.
• Enter list sizes in the practices table for rates per 1,000. Set targets to colour the tiles.
• Undo last change reverses the most recent change. Download a backup file after each monthly update.

Enter the monthly target for one practice. For a PCN or All view the target is multiplied by the number of practices. Leave blank for no target. Green = target met, amber = 75% or more, red = below 75%.
